Founded in 2014, the ARIISE Sustainability Fund, subsequently renamed ARIISE™ Equity, has delivered 15%+ returns yearly to its investors. It has intentionally been kept small to achieve its founders goal of only choosing specific projects and with who to work.

START-UPS

Using the ARIISE™ Partners arm of the company, we have founded, scaled and spun off companies from our investments into successful exits. Always looking for niche start-ups, our team at AP is built to find and create profit in undervalued market plays.

FINANCE

We place capital into predictable cash-flowing business models and/or real estate mezzanine debt on approved and in-progress construction projects that have run into financial difficulty. AE’s focus is liquidity.

REAL ESTATE

ARIISE™ EQUITY takes advantage of ground up commercial and multi-family projects. Why? Flips and ground-up single-family projects require substantial cash and have low margin sell- offs that can catch AE in a bad market. Commercial and Multi-family are pre-financed and typically pre-sold, and offer flexibility after completion with the ability to lease.

TECHNOLOGY

Capital not directly used on cashflow models or real estate develops goes toward developing or buying intellectual property relating to technology. Our partners and internal staff in targeting adjacent patenting and licensing opportunities in emerging areas.
